MINDFULNESS IS

when your thoughts, emotions and intentions are all aligned.

mindfulness /ˈmʌɪn(d)f(ʊ)lnəs/

noun: mindfulness

  1. the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something. "their mindfulness of the wider cinematic tradition"

  2. a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

Bringing Balance To Your Wellbeing

Mindfulness is the practice to bring consciousness back to our inner wellbeing.

Learning to pay attention to our thoughts, emotions and the way we are living our lives. Breathwork and Meditation are two fundamental exercises in Mindfulness that restore our focus, calmness and inner peace. Some of the benefits include:

  • Manage stress, anxiety, worries in daily living and workplace

  • Feel more relaxed and at ease

  • Enjoy restful sleep and energy rejuvenation

  • Enhance relationships and overall wellbeing

Creating Space Within & Around You

Space creates clarity. Clarity creates calmness. calmness creates joy.

A stressful mind is like a voracious river rushing downstream. The current is fast and destructive, stirring up the riverbed, leaving behind muddy water with zero visibility. This mental state weakens our prefrontal cortex for wise decisions and pushes the emotions to the edge. By creating space within and around us through mindful living, we conserve our precious energy for meaningful acts such as love and kindness. We are also more capable of slowing down the bullet before we vent our anger on the closest victim available. We all love our space to stay sane and that's the same effect that Mindfulness delivers.

Allowing Your Emotional Energy To Flow

Mindfulness is the fundamental foundation for any form of healing. To heal emotionally, it is crucial that we first enable our full consciousness to arise and shine light on what's interfering with our inner body and mind.

By paying attention to our emotions, whether good or bad, big or small, we allow our emotions to flow without judgement, instead of being suppressed.

Breathwork is one of my favourite mindfulness tool, which I often incorporate into my healing therapy. By reconnecting with our breaths and controlling the pacing of our breathing, we are building the emotional muscles to control our emotions as well.
